SERVICE INNOVATIONS IN SWEDEN BASED INDUSTRIES

There exist a large consensus amongst companies that an increased range of service could increase revenues as much as 30-60%!

MTC has, on comission from VINNOVA, carried out a study with a strategic and business-related perspective, of the industrie's challenges in development of the service area.The purpose of the study and report is to even further make concrete and intensify the analysis of the industries challenges and need for knowledge in service-development.

The Study was carried out through an interactive and close dialogue in a series of workshops with leading industrial companies, such as: ABB Robotics, AGA, Alfa Laval, Ericsson, SAAB Aerotech, SKF, SSAB, Tetra Pak and Volvo Group.
